I really enjoyed the big room with a pool view. everything was kept clean. there was also a handy shuttle to the beach with included food and drinks. That was AMAZING!!! the nightly shows featured acrobatics and dance. it was a charmed experience.

the family room featured a separate sleeping area for children. it included air conditioning and a tv with satellite channels. the room also contained a mini-fridge, restocked daily with water and soft drinks.

The main restaurant offered a wide selection of foods at each meal. i noticed several themed nights throughout the week. This added variety. there were multiple stations for different cuisines. It allowed guests to choose options.

The aquapark contained several slides for all ages. i saw many sun loungers around the main pool. the hotel offered a kids' club. It had organized activities throughout the day.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby beach. This ran every ten minutes. a shopping center was a short taxi ride away. the grounds were well kept and spacious.

the pools are amazing and the aquapark was great for all the family members. the hotel offered a nice beach and a frequent shuttle service, very convenient. rooms in block 1 were kept clean, and the reception staff was always available to help with anything.
the food i found to be not of good quality. the options were not many and repetitive. also, i had to pay extra for the internet, and it should have been included.

the staff was very helpful and friendly to all the guest i saw. the workers was hardworking for an ultra all inclusive experience. excursions helped us to plan a trip around local.

I found some problems. There was no free Wi-Fi, it is such a basic thing. The gym was a joke. It was in the basement, and the equipment looked like it survived a war. Part of the restaurant ceiling was leaking. A bucket collected the drips. What an atmosphere during meals!

the staff were friendly and hard working. i enjoyed the hotel activities like the aqua park. i liked the entertainment programs too. the shows in the evening was amazing with dance and acrobatics.
i found that the gym is old. the running machines are broken and feel dangerous to use.

The pools were large. They were a good size for swimming and relaxing, though the water was quite cold.
The food was very disappointing. The same dishes looked almost every day. I also found the lack of air conditioning in the hallways to be a real problem. It made walking to the room unpleasant.

The pools were extensive and provided ample space for swimming and relaxation. Daily cleaning service kept our room tidy and well kept. The animation team provided entertaining shows each evening. I found the proximity to the beach very convenient..
Finding a sunbed around the pool could sometimes be difficult due to high demand.
